Joe is a freelance filmmaker living in the heart of Los Angeles, CA. His passion for photography and filmmaking has led him to capture stories from around the world. Joe is co-founder and president of the non-profit organization, Within Broken Borders and he recently graduated from Seattle Pacific University with a degree in film, photography and marketing.
